cognoscenti. You will not find it in the Zagat Gourmet Marketplace, nor among the
usual lists of New York coffee haunts, most of which are trendily forgettable. Stop by
for fresh roasted coffee or a cup at a place that was a gourmet shop for Greek and
Armenian essentials before the term gourmet shop was invented.

If any baruirscoffee.com purchase ever fails to meet your satisfaction, for any reason,
just return it for an exchange or credit. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the
consumer. Depending on the reason for the exchange/return, baruirscoffee.com
reserves the right to charge customers as specified below.
Standard Equipment Warranty The warranty of the product is the responsibility of the
manufacture. Warrants are void from mineral deposits, physical abuse, poor quality
coffee beans (substandard, stale, etc), foreign materials in the water or beans,
commercial use, shipping damage, etc.
Exchange / Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied. If you are ever unhappy with anything you order from
baruirscoffee.com, please contact us and we will work directly with you to figure out
the best solution .
You MUST submit a Return Authorization Request in order for the vendor to be able to
process an exchange/return. Once an RA# is received, it should be included on the
package being sent to the vendor so they can match the box to the paperwork when it
arrives to them.
NOTE: Returns and Exchanges can now be initiated and administered from within your
account. Please login to access this functionality.
baruirscoffee.com will accept the return with a 20% restocking fee deducted from the
sales price of the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer.
Opened packages (1st 30 days) – return, repair, upgrade We'll happily exchange any
item that doesn't meet your satisfaction within the 1st 30 days for one that does.
However, the original merchandise must be returned before we can send you a
replacement. You are also eligible to return the used machine to the vendor for full
credit. Any machine that is being returned for credit must include all original packing,
accessories and an RA#.
Opened packages (after 30 days) – repair or upgrade If a service issues develops after
30 days, you must work with the vendor to service the equipment. An RA# must be
obtained prior to shipping any products back to the vendor or they will not be
accepted. If the supplier is unable to solve the problem over the phone, we will work
directly with you to figure out the best solution.
